Members wishing to reactivate their membership prior to Thursday 21 January 2021, can do so by following the steps below.
How to reactivate your membership
- To reactivate your membership, please click on the link in step two and fill in the reactivation form.
- Click here to reactivate your membership
- After you have submitted your reactivation form, you will receive an SMS within 48 hours to notify you that your membership has been successfully reactivated. Please be patient – our team is working as quickly as possible to reactivate your membership!
- A staff member will then verify that you have an active membership when you arrive at the facility.
