The ONE Casey app allows you to learn about all of ONE Casey’s facilities and services.
You can use it to view upcoming group fitness sessions, login to the member portal where you can book group fitness sessions as well as update your details.
You can also receive alerts on news and events happening in your chosen area e.g. gym, swimming lessons, gymnastics or all.
On top of this you can also use the Cafe Coffee Card when you purchase hot drinks and after nine, get the tenth free.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE APP
Download the app for Android and Apple.
NB. The minimum phone operating system specs for the app are as follows:
- Android 5.0 and above.
- iOS 11 and above.
When you first download the app, you will see a login screen. Do not use your Member login details to access the app as they will not work. You need to register first by clicking on the 'Sign Up Now' link under the Login button. We ask you to register because as the app services all of ONE Casey we want to ensure you are getting timely and relevant messages. Registration ensures you only receive information on areas of ONE Casey you are interested in.
ACCESS CUSTOMER PORTAL
Click on the 'Customer Portal' link in the app.
Enter the email address you used when you joined ONE Casey in the 'Username' field.
Enter your password. If this is your first time using the Member portal, your generic password is YMCACasey.
You can now pay outstanding balances, book Group Fitness classes, view booked classes, as well as cancel booked classes all on your phone.
