We pride ourselves in offering flexible options to our members. This includes 24/7 access to our Health club for all eligible members.
24/7 access is offered to all members over the age of 18. It entitles members to access the Health Club through the 24/7 entrance outside of staffed hours.

Complete the short online induction safety video. This induction (click here) ensures that you are familiar with the location of duress buttons and lanyards, defibrillator, emergency exits, assembly areas, fire extinguishers, and first aid kit.
When prompted after the video, fill in your contact details.
We endeavour to grant members 24/7 access within 3 business days of completing the safety video. Please await an email to confirm that this has been processed.

Terms and Conditions:
All members need to complete the induction safety video before gaining access to the 24/7 after-hours door.
Our bathroom does not have changing room facilities. Where possible, we encourage customers to shower and change at home.
All members should follow appropriate safety measures when using the equipment and facilities. Members are required to clean and sanitise equipment after use.
Members must have their access band and have an active membership (not on suspension) to be permitted entry.
Entry via the 24/7 door may not be possible due to: a message on the account, unpaid membership fees, the membership being on hold, or the band does not yet have 24/7 access granted.
Permitting access to another person, gaining access to the centre, or using another member access band will result in 24/7 access being removed for both patrons.
Member access bands are non-transferable. Should your access band be lost or stolen, the member must notify the centre immediately to arrange a replacement. A replacement band incurs a fee of $5.
The duress pendant or alarm is only to be used in the event of an emergency, otherwise, they will be liable for associated callout charges incurred by the security and emergency service providers.
If any incidents occur during your use of the health club after hours, it is your responsibility to report it to endeavourhills@ymca.org.au. CCTV footage is in use and monitored regularly for your safety and security.
Why has Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre introduced 24/7 access to its health club?
Over the past few years the demand for 24/7 access from members has increased, reflecting a society that is leading busier lifestyles with greater demands on their time. Providing 24 hour access will ensure our members can exercise at a time that suits them. The YMCA’s mission is to help people become healthier and happier, and it is important that we continue to improve accessibility to our facilities and provide options to suit all lifestyles.
Which memberships include the ability to gain 24/7 access?
24/7 access can be gained on all Health and Wellness memberships, including concession and family memberships. 24/7 access is not available on Aquatic Memberships. You must be 18 years or older.
What facilities will I have access to outside of regular staffed hours?
At Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre, the facilities available after hours includes the gym and health club toilets. At Casey ARC and RACE, you will have access to the gym and health club change rooms. For all centres, there is no group fitness, pool or stadium facility access available out of hours.

Can the pools be used 24/7 at Casey RACE?
No, the pools cannot be used outside of staffed hours. There will be no changes to the opening times for the pools. The doors to the pool area will be locked as per the regular closing times to prevent access to the pools.
What safety measures are in place for members using the facilities during non-staffed hours?
A state of the art security surveillance system is in place. Duress buttons are provided in the following locations:
cardio area of the health club
strength training area
both male and female changing rooms
disabled change room
Duress buttons will contact the control room who will arrange for emergency assistance.
Mobile duress buttons are available to be worn while working out or using the change rooms.
A first aid station, including a defibrillator, is provided in the gym.
The member induction process for 24/7 access ensures members understand and agree to comply with safety requirements and emergency procedures.
Will the introduction of 24/7 access increase my membership fees, or is there an additional cost?
There will be no increases to membership prices related to 24/7 health club access.
Will there be any staff working outside of the current opening hours?
No. As is the case with other 24/7 health clubs, the centre will not be staffed outside of the regular opening hours.
Will the gym be inaccessible at any time?
At Casey ARC and Casey RACE there will be a two hour period, each Saturday evening between 8pm - 10pm when the centre will have restricted access for women only. This is to fit in with the Women's Only Swimming done at the centre at the same time.
This restricted access does not apply to Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre as we do not have an aquatic facility.
What if I don’t want 24/7 access?
You don’t need to do anything. Just continue using your membership within the regular opening hours.
What if I can't access the gym outside of staffed hours?
There are a number of reasons why this may be the case.
Examples include:
money owing on your account
concessions cards expiring
24/7 access is still pending (it can take up to 3 business days to complete the induction process)
