We have over 45 sessions held every week in our dedicated group fitness room.
Need to know:
- Sessions range from between 45 and 60 minutes.
- Modern, safe equipment is provided and all sessions are conducted by qualified instructors.
- Group fitness suits people of all ages and levels of fitness.
- Casual visitors are welcome.

- Please remember to bring a towel to every workout
- You must also bring your own mat to any class/workout where needed
- Tickets/bookings must be obtained for every class to strictly adhere to Covid safety measures, contract tracing and capacity limits
- Participants for BodyPump must arrive 10 mins early to allow set up time and wipe down all equipment after the class – for safety reasons late entry will not be accepted
