Following the Victorian Government's announcement related to new active COVID-19 cases in Victoria, from 5:00pm on 31 December 2020, masks will be mandatory indoors until further notice. If you are planning to visit our centre, all patrons and members of the public are required to wear masks inside, apart from during exercise and aquatic activity.
In line with Government legislation, Endeavour Hills Leisure Centre completes contact tracing for everyone who attends the facility. Victorian Government requirements specify we must record your name, contact number and time of attendance. To ensure your information is stored and managed correctly, we use the Victorian Government contact tracing system.
How to check-in
- Prior to entering, scan the QR code of the area within the facility you are visiting (QR codes will be displayed outside the building)
- Follow the prompts to check-in and submit your details
- Ensure the ‘Checked-In’ screen with green tick is displayed on your device before entering
- Show the Checked-In screen to staff when entering the facility
To assist us with processing those attending, please ensure you complete each step and have the checked-in screen displayed on your device when entering the facility. Those unable to access a device for contact tracing will need to complete a hand written contact tracing register.
We also remind all visitors to ensure physical distancing is followed at all times and a face mask is worn in line with government requirements. We appreciate your cooperation with contact tracing and support to keep our community safe.
